A Bengoshi is an attorney-at-law who is able to handle litigation for clients and provide legal advice concerning corporate law. They also provide licensing application support services for financial licenses required for most of asset management companies and some of FinTech companies. A Shiho-Shoshi is a legal professional who often handles the incorporation of a legal entity or property registration. A Gyoseishoshi is a certified administrative procedures legal specialist who primarily handles visa applications and obtaining licenses. It is important to understand the vary practice areas between profession prior to enlisting their help.
